Orientation | 12 Week Training

At the Y, we care most about your experience and the act of you getting fit. We want you to first learn how to use our tools correctly, that way your workouts will be as effective as possible. We want to help you change the unhealthy habits of your lifestyle into transformed healthy habits that will carry with you for the rest of your life. We want to be your support team as you follow a plan that will conquer what challenges you most. The fruit of your participation in our Orientation or 12 Week program won’t be just a new physique it will be a healthier, fitter, knowledgeable and inspired new you.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS!
Sign up for your first appointment (week 1) at the Welcome Desk. ENJOY one hour with one of our trainers. Ask them to schedule you again, and they will meet with you once a week for 4 weeks. After that you will meet every other week for another 4 weeks.
